Your responsibilities:
- Lead Change Management for a Safer Workplace: Champion change management initiatives to cultivate a positive safety mindset across the organization and embed safety as a core value.
- Innovate and Coach for Excellence: Provide behavior-based coaching to inspire safe work practices. Design, implement, and monitor cutting-edge safety programs aimed at continually enhancing our incident investigation and analysis processes, ensuring we achieve the highest Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
- Empower Through Education: Develop and deliver engaging safety programs for employees at all levels, ensuring compliance with our robust safety standards and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of safety excellence.
- Forge Collaborative Partnerships: Build strong, meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to address safety concerns proactively. Encourage active participation in our safety programs and promote collaborative safety initiatives.
- Contribute to Critical Reporting: Play a key role in supporting highly important Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) reporting, ensuring our commitment to transparency and accountability in our safety practices.
Your profile:
- Educational Background: You hold a university degree in sciences, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Change Management: You have a strong track record in developing and implementing safety programs and leading change management initiatives.
- Project Management: You bring experience in managing safety projects, with a special focus on human behaviour.
- Outstanding Skills: Your excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, make you stand out.
- Safety Training: You have either basic or advanced training in Behaviour Based Safety (BBS).
- Travel Flexibility: You’re excited about the opportunity to travel across Europe approximately 50% of the time.
- Language Proficiency: You possess full professional proficiency in English, and additional languages are a plus!

Your responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support decision making and business planning for Europe
- Analyze financial results and provide insights to senior management about key performance drivers, potentialrisks, and emerging opportunities
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and the management board
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process in Europe, including the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long term strategic plans
- Offer expert financial leadership to our European functions, driving significant projects in Finance & Controlling with a focus on automation, digitalization, and enhancing processes
- Play a pivotal role in developing Finance & Controlling standards and procedures, especially during our transformative SAP S4 project
- Collaborate closely with regional controllers and finance teams in our European countries
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field, Master in a related field is preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices, including financial planning and analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues as well as ability to manage multiple tasks and meeting deadlines, strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and strong expertise in Cognos and SAP FI-CO
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to nonfinance stakeholders
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English, additional languages are a plus

Your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for European markets that align with the company's business objectives and financial goals
- Analyze sales, profitability and pricing data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Develop and maintain pricing models, tools, and systems to support local pricing functions and monitor competitor pricing and market trends for competitive pricing and provide reports on pricing performance
- Collaborate with sales heads and cross-functional teams across Europe to scale best practices and gather market insights for making data-driven pricing decisions
- Conduct trainings amongst sales organization to provide pricing support for customer negotiations, best practices, tools etc.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to pricing
Your profile:
- University degree in business, finance, economics or related fields
- Minimum 5 years experience in pricing, sales or related fields
- Sound knowledge about pricing mechanics and commercial strategies in the industrial gases industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, experience in PowerQuery and PowerPivot is a plus
- Ability handle mass data and to build more complex data models and experience in pricing software and tools
- Willingness to travel
- Proficiency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
